At Sparrow Kidz, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our straightforward exchange and return policy.

1. Return Window

      • Returns : You have 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to return it for a refund.

      • Exchanges : You have 7 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to exchange it for another item.

2. Condition of Items

      • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

      • Items should be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during the return process.

3. Proof of Purchase

      • Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning or exchanging items.

      • For online purchases, include your order number.

4. Refund Method

      • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

5. Return Shipping

      • Customer Responsibility : You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      • Prepaid Labels : If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

      • If we receive a defective or damaged item while you return or exchange it, there will be no refund or exchange for the order.

      • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customercare.sparrowkidz@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product. We will inspect the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund.

7. Price Differences in Exchanges

      • Greater Value : If the exchanged item is of higher value than the original item, you will need to pay the difference.

      • Lesser Value : If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original item, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment.

8. Return and Exchange Process

      • Initiate a Return/Exchange : To initiate a return or exchange, visit our Returns & Exchanges page on our website or contact our customer service team on below shared contact details.

      • Processing Time : Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know if your refund or exchange is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed in 7-10 business days, and exchanges will be shipped in 5-7 business days.

      • Deduction COD Charges : In case of cash on delivery, you must pay Rs. 100/- COD charges deducted from your refund amount.

International Transactions :

We only accept return for faulty items. The tag and seal on the garment needs to be intact before returning. Firstly, please notify us via customercare.sparrowkidz@gmail.com within 3 days upon receipt of parcel.

Secondly, please return your parcel to Chi Linen via registered mail (recommended) at own cost within 7 days from the final acknowledgement by customercare.sparrowkidz@gmail.com

Upon receipt of your return parcel, we will do a full refund within 7 working days.
